As shown in Figure 12.1-1, the IED provides LEDs and Function-keys. The user can configure
LEDs. Each LED is driven via a logic gate which can be programed to be an AND gate, OR
gate or XOR gate operation. Furthermore, each LED has a programmable reset characteristic,
settable for instantaneous drop-off, or for latching operation. One or up to eight signals can be
assigned to a single LED with selectable LED color.
Selection of LED: Figure 12.6-10 shows LEDs selection screen, and the user
can select a LED setting among LED3—LED14 by pressing ▲ and ▼. Press
► to go to the next level in the hierarchy.
LED setting: The user can know a logical gate, timer, color of the LED.
Additionally, the user can assign an input signal for the LED, as shown in
Figure 12.6-11 .
