Selecting either primary/secondary values

The value at the primary side is displayed on LCD screen; when the value is greater than 1000
volts, it will be displayed in KV unit. When the user prefers displaying the value at the
secondary side, the user should set Secondary for the setting [Display_Value].Table 9.2-2
shows the effective digit when Secondary is set.
