Creating a Fax Document Report
Use the following procedure to create a report of faxes that includes a description and the fax file name.
To create a fax document report
In the Navigation Pane, click Reports > Fax > Document.

Select an output device:

• Display. Displays the report in a pop-up window.
• File. Saves the report to a file. The default file name is default.txt, type a report file name to use an
alternative file name.
Click Run to generate the report.
