Deleting Hotel Guest Messages
Use the following procedure to delete only the guest messages from the system without deleting the guest.
To delete a hotel guest's messages
In the Navigation Pane, click Hotel Guests > Guests > Profile.
1.
Click Search to find and select the guest.
2.
Click Delete Messages.
3.
Click OK to confirm the deletion.
