can be found by searching the letter 'E' of an element ID (i.e., '8000011Exxx0').
Data length (bit length of Data ID)

The user can read data length of a Data ID by seeing the first and second number of the
element ID. Table 1.7-2 shows examples of 1~32-bits data.
