Figure 2.28-3.a illustrates the motor status transition when ContStart is set for the
setting [Mot-Start-IrrMode1]. Even if the motor start-up time elapses, the motor status
is continued "Start-up".
Figure 2.28-3.b illustrates the motor status transition when ChangeRun is set for the
setting [Mot-Start-IrrMode1]. After the motor start-up time has elapsed, the motor
status is changed to "Running".
Note: Default ContStart has been set for the setting [Mot-Start-IrrMode1], so the motor
status "Start-up" will continue if the user does not change the setting.

For the standard motor operation and its protection, the motor should start when the
IED protection functions has operated completely. However, the motor state judgement
can also be applied to irregular mode in which IED and protection are turned on after
the motor starts.
