Programs 90-10-80 ~ 90-10-95 are not supported.
Fail-Over: VRS card must be installed in Primary
system.
MIS monitor must be connected to the Primary system.
If you are logged in and Fail-over occurs the agent will
not be logged back in when the Secondary system
takes over. The agent will have to manually log back in
to continue taking calls.
Fail-Over: ARS Class Of Service must be
programmed for each System in a NetLink Network to
ensure proper call routing during Fail-Over.
