Each node obstacle status read device
Set a device to store the following data:
Slave node communication obstacle status is stored.
When the corresponding node communication error information read is executed in the message
communication, the corresponding bit will be turned OFF.
Bit settings: 0: No obstacle information / 1: Obstacle information exists
