Inspection, mechanical stops
The procedure below details how to inspect the additional mechanical stops on
axes 1, 2 and 3.

Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working area.
Check the additional stops on axes 1, 2 and 3 for
damage.
Make sure the stops are properly attached.
Correct tightening torque: 115 Nm.
If any damage is detected, the mechanical stops
must be replaced!
Correct attachment screws:
Axis 1: M16 x 35
Axis 2: M16 x 50
Axis 3: M16 x 80
