Note
The connector kit includes contacts for 2 encoders and 4 cameras. Two connector
kits are needed to handle additional encoders and cameras.

DANGER
Before doing any work inside the cabinet,
disconnect the mains power. For more in-
formation, see Electrical safety on page
ELECTROSTATIC DISCHARGE
(ESD)
The unit is sensitive to ESD. Before hand-
ling the unit read the safety information in
section The unit is sensitive to ESD on
page 48.
Connect 24VDC power supply to X1 (power
inlet, main functions) and X20 (optional
camera power inlet) on the conveyor
tracking module.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the connect-
or X7 WAN on the conveyor tracking mod-
ule.
Connect wires to the encoder and camera
connectors as required.

External 24VDC power supply is needed
for option 1551-1.
The WAN port of the CTM must be con-
nected to the same Ethernet network as
the robot controllers.
