Use Program 25-17 : VRS/DISA Attendant Message Service Setup to set what happens to a call
when the DISA or Automated Attendant caller dials incorrectly or waits too long to dial, and for No
Answer/Busy. The call can either disconnect (0) or Transfer to an alternate destination (a ring group,
voice mail or speed dial).
