1. INTRODUCTION

Name
Connects the operation panel or the parameter unit. This connector also
enables the RS-485 communication.
Connects a USB memory device.
Connects a personal computer and enables communication with FR
Configurator2.
Enables RS-485, MODBUS RTU communication.
Select whether or not to use the terminating resistor for RS-485
communication.
Connects a plug-in option or a communication option. (For the FR-A800-GF,
a CC-Link IE Field Network communication circuit board is installed to the
connector 1. Refer to
Connects cables for the control circuit.
Turns ON/OFF the EMC filter.
Connects cables for the main circuit.
Stays ON while the power is supplied to the main circuit.
This cover is removable without unplugging cables. (FR-A820-01250(22K) or
lower, FR-A840-00620(22K) or lower)
Turns ON when the protective function of the inverter is activated.
Stays ON while the power is supplied to the control circuit (R1/L11, S1/L21).
Remove this cover for the installation of the product, installation of a plug-in
(communication) option, RS-485 terminal wiring, switching of the voltage/

display cover.)

Operates and monitors the inverter.
