Corrective Actions
1. Download CFG file - check error code
details.
2. Toggle failure - reference 14,129.
3. Check and reseat connectors/pins on J506
on the I/O card and J301 on the head
board.
4. Replace Toggle Head assembly.
5. Replace PDB (U8 chip failure).
Software error; will not be displayed
1. Reprocess the part and send again.
