Rough quality all over

Characteristics: The part sides, top and bottom are very rough.
Corrective actions:
1. Moisture in material, replace with new cartridge.
2. Reprocess the part using the latest version of HP Designjet 3D Software
Solution software.
3. Check for STL errors with CAD software.
4. Replace the tip shrouds.
5. Loose tips screws, tighten the screws.
6. Replace the tips.
7. Deformed toggle spring, replace the toggle spring.
