1. Partial or bad model file sent to unit. - Check
and reprocess the STL and redownload
1. Run Z tip calibration.
2. Check and/or clean the Z foam sensor.
3. Replace the Z foam assembly and sensor
1. Verify the printer firmware CD is the correct
gender. (Same as the system)
2. Cycle power and try download again. If not
possible or fails again replace hard drive.
3. Verify the hard drive and the controller board
are gendered correctly.
