5. gp = get POST. Displays power on self test results
Use this for checking:
• If the controller board passes the power on self test and to see the
reason for the last reset.
• For the reason a new hard drive will not boot. The main problem is
the voltage checking process will have a voltage fail during POST;
this prevents the hard drive from booting.
• Verify all voltages are ok.
