Figure 1.1-5 shows modules implemented in the SubUnit(1/1 case). PWS, BIOs, VCTs, and
CPU are provided. The OPT2 is mounted on CPU, which is used to connect with the MainUnit.
Figure 1.1-6 shows a block diagram of the SubUnit. Note that the HMI is not mounted on the
front of the SubUnit.
