How to map IED signals to Modbus addresses

The Figure 10.5-12 is illustrated in order that an IED signal was connected for a Modbus
address, so the user has to map a Data ID for a Modbus address on the Modbus slave screen;
the operation the drag & drop on the screen. The function and data length (see Table 10.5-2)
is dependent on the Modbus address; thus, the user has to map signals based on the types of
the signals (Data IDs).
Select MODBUS tool on the Configuration tool, as shown in Figure 10.5-21; and then, the user
can edit a configuration file.
