PLC U16_00 signal (a default signal: No. 230302 3112001BB0) being originally prepared for
general purpose is reserved for one of the quality signal, and it is designed for such as MMXU
or MSQI—IEC 61850 measurement logical nodes. The behaviors of U16_00 is configured in
the PLC function as default logic. That is corresponding with analog data errors and failures
which are outputted by automatic supervision functions—such as zero and negative-sequence
phase current/voltage failure, CT failure, etc., as shown in Figure 10.3-29.
In case the behaviors of U16_00 need to be changed, modification shall be given by the user's
editing of the PLC logic.
