Installation Procedure
The following shows a recommended procedure for installing the Multiple Mounting
Manipulators to a wall.
(1) Secure the base to the base table with four

(3) Unscrew the M4 screw on the end of Arm
(4) Push Arm #1 slowly in the direction shown

When the Manipulator is CM type, unpack it outside of the clean room.
Secure the Manipulator not to fall, and then wipe off the dust on the Manipulator with
a little alcohol or distilled water on a lint-free cloth.

ISO898-1 Property Class: 10.9 or 12.9.

Fasten the arm retaining bolt under the

The arm retaining bolt must be fastened.
Otherwise, the motion range of Joint #1 is
limited.
When the Manipulator is CM type, connect an exhaust tube to the exhaust port.
