When the plunger of the syringe moves
upward, press the hypodermic syringe with
your finger to exert proper pressure onto the
inside of the cell for a moment and then
release it immediately.

(6) The hypodermic syringe can be stored in the wall of the
autosampler using the provided pipe holder.
Fit in the pipe holder on the wall of the autosampler
(whichever you choose, right or left side wall).
