Function
Used for temperature setting.
Sets temperature and also
temperature upper limiter.
Used for condition setting upon
judging that temperature is ready.
Sets two items; tolerance and wait
time.
1. Key for indication and setting of
auxiliary function contents
(UTLTY).
• Setting of leak sensor
• Setting of temp analog output
• Setting of error output (contact)
• Setting of temperature
calibration
2. Used for selecting LCD contrast,
and for specifying whether or not
to use the optional selector valve
(SET UP).
Used to select GLP information.
1. Indicates number of selections of
option selector valve, and sets
valve seal replacement date.
2. Sets the key lock.
1. For selecting and setting up a time
program.
Pressing this key starts time program
execution.
Pressing this key stops time program
execution.
For manual setting of the position of
the optional selector valve
1. Returns to MONITOR screen from
numerical input status, etc. in each
mode.

Remarks
Upper limiter must be set at +5 °C or
more above the set temperature.
Upon setting wait time of "0", ready
occurs when arriving within the
tolerance range for temperature.
2. Clicking this together with
opens the SETUP screen. Hold
key down until SETUP screen
appears.
2. Key lock is released by clicking
ESC key.
Pressing the VALVE1 key on the
monitor screen causes a transition to
the selection screen (effective only in
a case where the valve is connected).
