Connect the inlet tube from the mobile-phase container to
the IN port of degassing unit. Connect the OUT port of
degassing unit and the inlet of pump. Connect the purge
valve of pump to port 4 of the injection valve in the
autosampler.
Connect port 5 of the injection valve to the inlet of column.
To the outlet of column, connect the inlet tube of detector
cell. Connect the detergent container to the wash pump of
autosampler through the degassing unit.
