Carry out periodic inspection and check whether the system is operating normally.
If necessary, conduct measurement on a control sample.
Possible Carryover
When examining the results of measurements, take account of the possibility of occurrence
of a carryover. Otherwise, a correct judgment may not be formed. Since fluorocarbon
resin, quartz and SUS 316 materials are used for the wetted parts of piping, particular
attention should be paid when analyzing samples that are likely to be adsorbed by these
materials.
