(1) Monitor Lamp
Listed below are status indications of the monitor lamp.
The lit-state color of this lamp changes in response to the
status of vacuum pump.

(2) Flow Path Inlet/Outlet
Inlets and outlets for solvents before and after degassing.
Because flow paths are independent of one another, the
inlet and outlet of the same flow path must be paired.

Vacuum Pump Status
Vacuum pump begins running upon turning on
power supply.
Vacuum level has reached the upper limit of
control range.
Vacuum level has reached the set control
point.
The vacuum pump has stopped due to
occurrence of an error.
