Leak sensor operation check
To check the operation of the leak sensor, drip a droplet of
water (H
O) to the leak sensor tip in contact with the drain

reservoir.

NOTE: Refer to the following for more information about the
leak sensor.
(i)
Turn on the leak sensor function when a solvent
is used.
(ii) The leak sensor function may not detect small
leaks. The leak sensor function may not detect
high-volatile solvents. Always check leakages to
prevent a serious situation.
(iii) Daily visual check for leakages is required.
(iv) The periodic check for the leak sensor
performance is required.

Cleaning of the leak sensor
Preparation: A hexagon wrench (P/N:N315003, Size:B2.5)
(a) Loosen the leak sensor set screw with the
hexagon wrench. Remove the leak sensor from
the drain tray.
(b) Wipe up droplets on the leak sensor and the drain
tray. And mount the leak sensor on the drain tray
again.
NOTE: Avoid damage of the tip part of the leak sensor when
cleaning it. It may cause errors.
NOTE: Mount the leak sensor in the right location to avoid
errors.
