(14) Set the pump flow rate to 1.0 mL/min.
(15) Set the detector wavelength to 265 nm. Set the detector

(16) Set the following conditions in the data processing unit.

Check the reproducibility of the injection volume in the following
procedure.
(1) Press the PROG key and set the following conditions.

(2) Prepare 60 % methanol for the mobile phase and wash
fluid. Wait until the pump, detector, etc. are warmed up
and the baseline stabilizes.
