NOTES: 1. Mount the sample rack at the correct position.
If the rack is mounted at a wrong position, the
instrument may be caused to malfunction.
2. Be sure to use both hands for handling the
sample rack. Avoid hooking your fingers
onto sample vials for handling the rack.
Otherwise, you may receive an injury.

Handling of Thermostat Rack
When the thermostat for the Chromaster 5210 autosampler
is used at high temperature and humidity place, it may
cause of dew condensation water in the sample rack.
Removing the sample rack to prevent splash of dew
condensation water to the instrument in the following
procedure.
(a) Lift the handle of the sample rack (about 10 mm).
The locating pin of the sample rack is removed via the
locating hole of the rack holder. At this time, avoid
lifting the handle suddenly and highly. At this time,
avoid lifting the handle suddenly and highly. It may
cause a malfunction of the instrument, if dew
condensation water in the sample rack splashes to the
drive part behind the instrument.
(b) Pull out the sample rack to the front side of the
instrument while keeping it in parallel position to the
rack holder.
(c) Tilt the sample rack on the dried cloth and remove dew
condensation water.
