The energy of the D

250 nm. And, it is checked whether the wavelength is normal or
not using the bright lines at 486 and 656 nm.

Select D2 CHECK.
Press [numerical] key [3], and then the [ENT] key.

Checking action will automatically be taken.
During check, the following display is presented.

After check, its results are indicated.

An indicated energy value corresponds to the reference
side at 250 nm. Wavelength accuracy is checked utilizing
the bright lines of the D
When deviation is within ±1 nm, "GOOD" will be indicated.
If deviation exceeds ±1 nm, "FAIL" will be indicated.
When no bright lines have been detected, "NOT
DETECTED" is indicated. In this case, confirm mounting
of the flow cell, and then turn on power supply again.
If the situation does not improve, contact the nearest
maintenance service company authorized by Hitachi High-
Technologies.
