4.4.2 Abnormal Pressure

Remove the Column, and pump the liquid.
Has the pressure become close to zero?
Remove the filter, and clean it with an ultrasonic cleaner.
Has the pressure become high?
Remove the piping one by one from the Column side, and find
an abnormal point.
Result Remedy
Yes Replace the column.
No OK
Yes Replace the filter. (See 5.5.)
No OK
(1) Attach the piping in the reverse direction, perform pumping with
a high flow rate to remove foreign matters.
(2) Cut the piping from the inside of the Ferrule part, and use it
again.
(3) After using a salt solvent, substitute distilled water for the inside
of the Flow path system.
Open the Drain valve fully, pump liquid for 3-5 minutes with
the maximum flow rate. (This should be performed when
bubbles are generated in the Pump after leaving the Pump
for a long time (2-3 days or longer).)
Open the Drain valve fully, pump liquid for 3-5 minutes with
the maximum flow rate.
Replace the seal. (See 5.3.)

Degassing solvent
Cleaning with an ultrasonic cleaning, or replace the filter.
