Take the clutch out of the vise and lay it on a clean workbench with the outer

facing down.

Take the inner clutch hub

and release springs Q out of the outer clutch

Take off the clutch facing discs

from the inner clutch hub.

Clean all parts well.

Check the clutch. (& p. 191)

Preparatory work

- Disassemble the antihopping clutch. (H p. 190)

Check pressure piece O for damage and wear.

» If there is damage or wear:

Change the pressure piece.

Check axial bearing

for damage and wear.

» If there is damage or wear:

Change the axial bearing.
