- Check the play of the steering head bearing. (iS p. 33)

Removing the lower triple clamp
Preparatory work
-
Switch off the ignition by turning the ignition key to the OFF 53 position.

Remove the headlight mask with the headlight. (El p. 141)

Remove the front fender. (HI p. 96)
-
Raise the motorcycle with the work stand. (Ei p. 12)

Place a load on rear of vehicle.
The front wheel is not in contact with the ground.

Remove front wheel using a work stand, (El p. 101)
