Checking for Functional Errors

If the module has a functional problem, check the following items and perform troubleshooting. If the ERR. LED is on
or flickering, remove the error cause by the programming tool. (
Function

Read from PLC
Boot operation
Error caused by hardware
Ethernet communication
Socket communication function
MC protocol function
Errors caused by SFC program instruction
I/O module
Power supply module
CC-Link IE Field Network Basic function
Error status
Data cannot be written to the CPU module.
The program is rewritten unintentionally.
Data cannot be read from the CPU module.
A boot operation cannot be performed from
a memory card or SD memory card.
UNIT VERIFY ERR. has occurred.
CONTROL BUS ERR. has occurred.
Direct connection is not possible.
Ethernet communication is not possible
when using a method other than direct
connection.
Ethernet communication is not possible with
the connected device.
Clock data cannot be set by SNTP.
The connected device cannot receive data.
Data cannot be received.
The open processing is not completed.
An error has occurred during MC protocol
communication.
"OPERATION ERROR" has occurred at
execution of the S(P).SFCSCOMR and
S(P).SFCTCOMR instructions.
Comments cannot be read at execution of
the S(P).SFCSCOMR and
S(P).SFCTCOMR instructions.
The LEDs of the output module do not turn
on.
I/O module does not operate normally.
Wiring troubles
The LIFE OUT terminal has turned off
(opened).
The ERR. terminal has turned off (opened).
An error has occurred while the CC-Link IE
Field Network Basic function was being
used.
