module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.

If dead, replace the battery.
• Take measures to reduce noise.
• Format the program memory, write all files
to the CPU module, and reset the module
to run it again. If the same error code is
displayed again, the cause is a hardware
failure of the CPU module. Please consult
