Meaning
• This relay turns on when machine OPR
control is completed.
• This relay turns off when OPR control,
positioning control, absolute position
restoration, or JOG operation is started;
or the CPU module is set from STOP to
RUN; or the drive unit ready signal turns
off.
• This relay turns on when JOG operation
or speed control in speed/position
switching control set at a speed of "0" is
started.

changed with a new speed value of "0",

and turns off when speed is changed with
a new speed value other than "0".
