Explanation
This register stores a value indicating the type of used
memory card in the following bit pattern.

drive 1 (RAM) type and drive 2 (ROM) type are fixed at
"0".
This register stores a value indicating the type of used
memory card in the following bit pattern.

This register stores the drive 2 storage capacity (unit: 1K
byte). (Free space value after formatting is stored.)
If the capacity is 32768K bytes or more, the stored value will
be 32767K bytes.
This register stores the usage status of a memory card in the
following bit pattern. (Each bit is on while the memory card is
being used.)
