Corrective action
Set the values so that the output upper limit
setting value becomes larger than the output
lower limit setting value.
Set 0 or larger to the input or output change
rate alarm setting value.
Check the process value and set value, and
execute auto tuning again.
Correct the relationship among the set value,
manipulated value for auto tuning (step
response method), and process value, and
execute auto tuning again.
Set the sampling time so that it will be longer
than the operation cycle, or set a larger value
for the input filter constant.
Change the settings, and execute auto tuning
again.
Set the values so that the output upper limit
(ULV) becomes larger than the output lower
limit (LLV).
Set 0 or larger to the PV threshold
