Details
Undervoltage
The power voltage is 160V or less.
Regeneration
The tolerable regeneration power of
error

tolerable momentary speed.
Overcurrent
A current exceeding the servo
amplifier's tolerable current flowed.

overheating

Overload 1
The servo amplifier or servomotor
overload protection function
