Message
External switch An external emergency stop
emergency stop input signal was received. (24V
is not being applied to the CN23
connector.)
RIO1 An emergency stop input signal
communication was received from a remote I/O
error unit (RIO1). Or, the
communication cable with the
remote I/O unit (RIO1) is not
connected properly.
RIO2 An emergency stop input signal
communication was received from a remote I/O
error unit (RIO2). Or, the
communication cable with the
remote I/O unit (RIO2) is not
connected properly.
RIO3 An emergency stop input signal
communication was received from a remote I/O
error unit (RIO3). Or, the
communication cable with the
remote I/O unit (RIO3) is not
connected properly.
PLC emergency The user PLC (ladder
stop sequence) is not running.
This error also occurs when an
error occurs in the data
communication with the remote
I/O.
PLC signal An emergency stop signal was
input from the PLC.
EMG stop: SV This appears when the power is
commu stop OFF.
Ext board EMG An emergency stop occurred
stop: SV end off because the servo terminator or
battery is not connected
properly.
RIO4 The emergency stop input
communication signal was input from the
error remote IO unit (R104). The
communication cable with the
remote IO unit (R104) is
disconnected.
The others EMG An emergency stop occurred for
some other reason.
Low battery The voltage of the battery

NC has dropped.
