Overview of UART/SIO Dedicated Baud Rate Generator

The UART/SIO dedicated baud rate generator generates the baud rate for the UART/SIO.
The generator consists of the UART/SIO dedicated baud rate generator prescaler
selection register (PSSR) and UART/SIO dedicated baud rate generator baud rate
setting register (BRSR).
