This section describes the channels of 8/16-bit composite timer.
Channels of 8/16-bit Composite Timer
This series contains two channels of 8/16-bit composite timer.
In one channel, there are two 8-bit counters. Each counter can be used as two 8-bit timers or one 16-bit
timer. The following table lists the external pins and registers corresponding to each channel.

The following sections describe only the 8/16-bit composite timer in channel 0.
