CHAPTER 8 INTERRUPTS describes the interrupt request numbers and vector tables for all peripheral
functions.
Note:
If the interval time set for the timebase timer is shorter than the main clock oscillation stabilization
wait time, an interrupt request of the timebase timer is generated during the main clock oscillation
wait time derived from the transition to the clock mode or standby mode. To prevent this, set the
timebase timer interrupt request enable bit of the timebase timer control register (TBTC:TBIE) to "0"
to disable interrupts of the timebase timer when entering a mode in which the main clock stops
oscillating (stop mode, subclock mode or sub PLL clock mode).
