Caller ID Information Operation from Telephone Outside the
System:
1.
Call the number that takes you to the main greeting of the
EliteMail system.
2.
While main greeting is playing, dial
take you to the mailbox. Enter security code if prompted.
3.
Follow prompts to listen to new, old, or archived voice mail
messages.
4.
When Caller ID information is available, EliteMail prompts to hear
Caller ID number only after message playback.

Dial
during message to stop playback, save the current
message as an old message, and hear Caller ID number only.
5.
When Caller ID information is available, the system prompts the
mailbox user with an option to return the call after the Caller ID
number is played.
During message playback dial
prompts to return the call dial

T o repeat the Caller ID number during playback, dial
the end of the Caller ID number dial
6.
To end a Return Call, dial
and disconnect the outside call.

Use Memory Block 1-8-08 [Class of Service (Station) Feature
Selection] Page 4, LK3 to allow (LED On) or Deny (default: LED Off)
capture of Caller ID information on voice mail ports.

The Return Call feature is enabled per mailbox in Expanded Access
Codes and can be enabled for internal numbers only or for both
internal and external numbers.
To use this feature for long distance calls, LCR or ARS must be

programmed for the voice mail ports set to dial out. Refer to Chapter
2 in the Electra Elite 48/192 Programming Manual for detailed
programming instructions.
