1. Connect the telephone line between the TEL LINE connector on
the Base and a telephone outlet.
2. Connect AC Adapter between DC IN 9V connector on the Base
and 120 VAC wall outlet.
3. Place the Base on a desktop/tabletop.
4. Place the handset on the Base.
5. Place the antenna vertical.
To answer a call:
When the telephone rings, remove the handset from the Base to
access AutoTalk.
When the handset is off the Base, press any key.
To place a call:
1. Remove the handset from the Base, and press talk.
2. The talk/battery low LED flashes green and is then on
continuously.
3. Listen for dial tone.
4. Dial the number.
To hang up:
Return the handset to the base to access AutoStandby.
When the handset is off the Base, press talk.
