A station with Do Not Disturb set can select a Customized Message that is
displayed at any other Multiline Display Terminal when an internal call is made
to that station. The message (10 messages can be programmed) remains
displayed on the LCD of the Multiline Terminal where the message was set.

To set a message at a Multiline Terminal:

2. Dial Access Code

3. Press select a message. Continue pressing

4. Press , and enter date and time. (Date and time are optional.)

5. Press .
6. Set Do Not Disturb (
To receive a message at a Multiline Terminal with LCD:
1. Lift the handset, and wait for dial tone.
2. Dial the desired station number that has Customized Message set.
3. A message is received on the LCD from the station that was called.
