Functionality

The real to integer 32-bit conversion function T_R_TO_I32 converts a real to an
integer 32-bit value. The real value is floored to integer value. The output quality
follows the input quality information.
If the real value is 10.6, 10.5, 10.4, -10.6, -10.5, -10.4, the integer
value is converted to 10, 10, 10, -11, -11, -11, respectively.
