6.2.8 Port 6

Port 6 is an 8-bit input/output port with output latches. P60 to P67 pins can be set to either input mode or output
mode in 1-bit units with port mode register 6 (PM6).
This port has the following functions related to the pull-up resistor. These functions deffer depending on the upper
4 bits or the lower 4 bits of the port, and mask ROM versions or PROM versions.

PUO6: Bit 6 of the pull-up resistor option register
P60 to P63 pins can drive LEDs directly.
The alternate function of the P60 to P63 pins is control signal output in external memory expansion mode.
RESET input sets port 6 to input mode.
