22.2 PROM Programming

The µ PD78P014 and 78P014Y incorporate a 32K-byte PROM as program memory. When programming the
µ PD78P014 and 78P014Y, the PROM programming mode is set by means of the V
the connection of unused pins, see 1.5 or 2.5 Pin Configurations (Top View), (2) PROM programming mode.

22.2.1 Operating modes

When +5 V or +12.5 V is applied to the V
and 78P014Y are set to the PROM programming mode. This is one of the operating modes shown in Table 22-3
below according to the setting of the CE and OE pins.
The PROM contents can be read by setting the read mode.
