(2) 8-bit timer mode control register (TMC1)
This register enables/stops operation of 8-bit timer registers 1 and 2 and sets the operating mode of 8-bit timer
registers 1 and 2.
TMC1 is set with a 1-bit or 8-bit memory manipulation instruction.
RESET input sets TMC1 to 00H.
