8. Lower the loader arm until the loader arm end of the
cylinder rods are resting on the cylinder locks.
9. Place a drain pan under the rear left corner of the
machine to drain the engine oil into.
10. Uncap the engine oil drain valve (Fig. 0751).
11. Place one end of a hose on the drain valve and the
other end in the drain pan (Fig. 0752).

12. Open the drain valve by turning it counterclockwise
pulling out as you turn (Fig. 0753).
13. When the oil has drained completely, close the drain
valve, remove the hose and replace the dust cap.
14. Disconnect the negative and then the positive
battery cable. Remove the wing nut, washer and
carriage bolt securing the battery clamp to the frame.
Remove the battery clamp (Fig. 0754).
